They are constructed of stainless steel and pre-painted sheet metal. The cooking surface is made of refractory stone. Insulation is made of evaporated rock wool. Steam exhaust is located in the center of the chamber.
Internal lighting. Gas supply with safety valves and LPG nozzles installed, with natural gas nozzles included. Burners located under the stone.
