OVEN - CORE | 2 COOKING CHAMBERS + HOOD

The Core features a deck specifically designed for Refining®, using Condecktion® technology, which combines static heating elements and controlled ventilation. This ensures direct heat distribution across the entire deck surface, for direct cooking or tray cooking. The oven control panel is located on a removable tablet, allowing for the management of multiple interconnected modules. Electronic temperature management is provided. The bottom-hinged door features tempered glass for a perfect view of the heated product.

The core is stackable and also available with a hood upon request.

Maximum chamber temperature: 290°C.
