Description
The EL51E is the three-phase undercounter dishwasher from the ELITECH line which, thanks to the Acquatech System with break tank, atmospheric boiler and rinse pump, maintains constant pressure, flow rate and temperature . The result is a sanitizing rinse compliant with the DIN10534 regulation, with reduced consumption and guaranteed hygiene. The UNIKO touch display allows you to select from a wide variety of programs , monitor cycle progress and view the machine status thanks to the SMART START button. With a useful height of 385 mm , the EL51E manages glasses, goblets, utensils and up to 18 plates per cycle . The electronic board allows complete adjustment of the parameters, while the Thermostop function ensures that the washing and rinsing phases only begin when the minimum set temperatures are reached, for impeccable hygiene. The double peristaltic dispenser ensures precise dosing. The self-cleaning cycle at the end of the day cleans thoroughly and protects the boiler and tank. The standard double peristaltic dispenser ensures precise dosing. AISI 304 stainless steel construction with easily accessible front components.
