📦 ORDERS AND PRODUCTS

Can I order products not listed on the site? Yes. We work with over 40 HoReCa brands and can source equipment on request. Write to us at marketing@euro-commerce.it stating the model or technical specifications you need, and we'll get back to you with availability and a quote.

Is there a minimum order? Yes, the minimum order amount is €199.00 + VAT.

Do the prices on the site include VAT? You can choose to display prices with or without VAT directly on the site. The total including VAT is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Can I get a formal quote in PDF? Yes. For business orders, tenders, multiple supplies, or requests requiring formal documentation, we issue PDF quotes with a company letterhead. Write to marketing@euro-commerce.it.

Do you sell to private individuals or only to VAT-registered businesses? We sell to HoReCa professionals (restaurants, bars, pizzerias, hotels, canteens, hospitality schools) as well as private customers. Private customers benefit from all the protections provided by the Consumer Code, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Can I visit your showroom? Yes, we're located in Messina at Via Oreto, 19/21 Z.I.R. Contact us at marketing@euro-commerce.it to arrange a visit and check availability of the products on display.

🚚 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long does it take to receive my order? In-stock products are shipped within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation. For made-to-order products, times are shown on the product page or communicated by email after the order is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday). Weekends, national holidays, and calendar holidays are therefore excluded from the count. The count starts from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.

What are the shipping costs within Italy? Shipments within Italy cost:

• From €199 to €348.99 + VAT → €65.00
• From €349 to €498.99 + VAT → €50.00
• €499.00 + VAT and above → FREE

These rates apply to mainland Italy, Sicily, and Sardinia. Costs may vary for remote areas and minor islands.

Do you ship abroad? Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping cost for international orders is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight of the goods. Any customs duties or import taxes are always the recipient's responsibility.

Is delivery made to my floor? Standard delivery is to the ground floor / kerbside. For heavy or bulky machinery, upper-floor delivery or indoor handling is available for an additional fee and must be arranged before completing the order. Contact us at marketing@euro-commerce.it.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive the courier's tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

What do I do if the goods arrive damaged? It's essential to follow this procedure:

1. Accept the goods while noting a written reservation on the courier's delivery document (e.g., "package damaged – subject to inspection").
2. Photograph the packaging and the product before opening it fully.
3. Report the damage to us within 48 hours at marketing@euro-commerce.it with photos and your order number.

Without a written reservation on the courier's document, no claim can be filed. Never refuse the goods — always note a reservation instead.

💳 PAYMENTS AND INVOICING

What payment methods do you accept? We accept:

• Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Postepay, and prepaid cards) via Shopify Payments
• PayPal
• Bank transfer in advance

How does payment by bank transfer work? After placing your order, you'll receive our bank details by email. The order is processed only once payment has actually been received. To speed things up, send us your transfer receipt at marketing@euro-commerce.it as soon as it's made.

Do you issue VAT invoices? Yes, always. At checkout, enter your billing details: company name, VAT number, and SDI code or PEC address to receive your electronic invoice.

Can I pay in installments? We don't currently offer financed installment payments. For larger orders, contact us to discuss tailored solutions.

🔧 WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

Are the products covered by warranty? Yes. All products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity:

• 2 years for private consumers (purchases without a VAT number)
• 1 year for professionals (purchases with a VAT number)

Many of the brands we distribute (HENDI, Unox, IARP, SIRMAN, Pavoni Italia, and others) also offer additional manufacturer warranties, with duration and terms shown on the product page or in the attached documentation.

How do I activate the warranty or request support? Always keep your invoice and original packaging. To open a warranty claim or request technical support, write to marketing@euro-commerce.it stating:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video of the defect

We'll get back to you with instructions specific to the product and brand involved.

Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied? It depends on the type of purchase:

• Private customer (without VAT number): you have 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason, provided the product is intact, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
• Business customer (with VAT number): B2B purchases are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Returns are accepted only in cases of evident damage or documented non-conformity, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
