SCIOGLICHOC ANALOGUE are chocolate melters designed and studied to melt, melt and maintain the temperature of chocolate.

Scioglichoc are made of a resistant plastic structure, removable stainless steel containers and lids, to ensure quick and effective cleaning.
Each chocolate melter uses a dry system to heat the containers on the bottom and sides, in order to obtain a uniform temperature of the chocolate.
The Scioglichoc analog chocolate warmers control the temperature of the chocolate with an analog thermostat.
