Characteristics
The UNIQ line is a selection of products for the modern buffet, catering, restaurant, and hotel industries. This award-winning collection, designed by Dutch designer Robert Bronwasser, combines contemporary design with high-quality craftsmanship. A timeless color palette complements the presentation of food and drinks on a buffet. Its unique construction and attention to detail make it an eye-catching addition to any buffet. Body made of high-temperature-resistant polypropylene. Removable GN1/1 container (H) 100 mm in 18/8 stainless steel, easy to clean. Heating element made of 18/8 stainless steel and placed in the water container for efficient heat transfer. Tempered glass lid with insulated handle and aluminum hinge. Integrated card holder on the lid for product name cards. Digital control panel with display to show operating time, set temperature, and actual temperature. The two-piece lid design reduces heat loss when opened, while maintaining optimal hygienic conditions. The last temperature setting It is saved in memory and will be selected each time the power is turned on. The temperature can be set from 35 to 85 ̊C in 1 ̊C increments. The water container is embossed with a max. fill line, indicating ≈4 l. Not intended for cooking, but only for heating. Available in 5 colors that match other items in the UNIQ collection: white, black, beige, green and red.
