COMPACT CONVECTION OVEN WITH HUMIDIFICATION, HENDI, 220-240V/3100W, 590X709X(H)589MM
Characteristics
Housing and chamber made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The glass door is cool to the touch thanks to double-layer glass with natural ventilation and hinges on the bottom. Compatible with four 429x345 mm aluminum trays included in the set. The temperature can be set from 100°C to 260°C. Equipped with overheating protection. Tray supports spaced 74 mm apart. IPX3 waterproof rating. With one fan, non-reversible. Indirect steam injection, controlled by a booster pump, sprays water into the chamber. Equipped with a timer.
