Characteristics
High-quality stainless steel body. 18/8 stainless steel chamber. Manual control panel with knobs for functions, temperature, time and steam quantity. It has functions for defrosting, preheating, convection, grilling, steaming or a combination of these functions. The temperature can be set up to 280 ̊C. The timer can be set up to 120 minutes. Convection via 2 heating elements and a fan. With upper grill elements. The oven is compatible with 4 GN 2/3 trays, the distance between the trays is 70 mm. Supplied with 1 GN 2/3 grid. Convection: 3 kW, grill: 1.8 kW. Chamber heaters: lower 1.6 kW, upper 0.7 kW. Adjustable feet from 55 to 75 mm.
