Characteristics
Ideal for cooking pizzas, bread, lasagna, etc. Its compact size makes it perfect for small kitchens or even food trucks. The use of high-quality materials ensures long-lasting durability. High-quality AISI 430 stainless steel construction, easy to clean and maintain. The oven chamber measures 410 x 420 x (H) 120 mm for pizzas or other dishes. The base of the chamber is covered in chamotte stone; This accumulates heat, resulting in crispy pizza bases. Each heating element is 1000W and can be set independently from 50°C to 350°C. The door has a viewing window, and the oven has a light to monitor the cooking process. The door can be opened without interrupting cooking. It can operate continuously or with a timer. The timer can be set for up to 120 minutes, and when the time expires, the oven stops cooking. It comes with a 1.7m long power cord with a grounded plug. The oven is heated by two heating elements: one above and one below the oven.
