White coated steel exterior. Fan-assisted cooling. Galvanized sheet metal rear exterior wall and bottom. ABS plastic interior. Thick cyclopentane (C5H10) foam insulation (up to 65 mm), depending on the model, for greater thermal stability inside the cabinet. Highly accurate digital thermostat allows for precise storage temperature control. Adjustable shelves with a load capacity of 30 kg each, provided the weight in the cooling display cabinet is evenly distributed. Fixed shelves with freezing system components, with a load capacity of 25 kg each, provided the weight in the freezing display cabinet is evenly distributed. Additional shelf at the bottom of the chamber for increased storage space (selected models only – see table). Electromechanical control with electronic display to indicate the set and actual temperatures. With 2 feet at the front, allowing for limited height adjustment (when leveling the oven is required) and two wheels at the back, ideal for moving the cabinet. (400 and 600 L capacity cabinets only).
