Supplied with AISI 430 stainless steel accessories: a whisk, a flat beaker, and a dough hook. High-performance worm gear drive made of chromed steel and bronze gears. Analogue controls with 3-speed settings: 148, 244, and 480 rpm. Maximum dry flour load: 2.5 kg. Maximum dough load: 4 kg. The bowl is positioned with a lever. Protected from operation without a correctly positioned bowl or bowl lid. Resettable overheat protection. Weight: 53 kg.
