Characteristics
Structure and chamber in 18/8 stainless steel. Chamber dimensions 340x365x/H(270 mm and can hold 3x GN2/3 containers, distance between the guides of 68 mm. With digital display. The thermostat measures the temperature of the chamber but can also measure the "core" temperature with the included probe. Forced cooling, with manual defrosting. Automatic maintenance function - at the end of the cycle the device maintains the reached temperature. Evaporator protected from corrosion. Cooling efficiency: 7 kg (+90 °C / +3°C)/cycle. Freezing efficiency: 5 kg (+90 °C / -18°C)/cycle. Insulation layer in 60 mm thick polyurethane foam. Audible and visual open door alarm, cooling stops when the door is open. Adjustable stainless steel feet. Climate class: 4, works well in environments up to 38°C. Refrigerant: R290. Net weight: 44 kg.
