Designed to tackle the most stubborn dirt, the EL985E is equipped with two independent wash pumps that ensure high washing power , capable of making even encrusted trays, pots and utensils shine. With a useful height of 685 mm , it can wash bulky objects and up to 1780 dishes per hour . The Acquatech System technology guarantees constant pressure, flow and temperature, ensuring a sanitizing rinse at the end of each cycle. The UNIKO touch display allows for intuitive management, the choice of numerous programs , monitoring of cycle progress and viewing of the operating status via the SMART START button. The active self-diagnosis promptly detects anomalies and suggests interventions, reducing machine downtime. The electronic board allows the parameters to be adjusted and activates the Thermostop function, which starts washing and rinsing only when the desired temperatures are reached. The self-cleaning cycle at the end of the day thoroughly cleans the tank and protects the boiler from limescale. The ergonomic working height , counterbalanced door , and double walls ensure comfort, quiet operation, and thermal insulation. The optimized impellers ensure effective washing with reduced water consumption. AISI 304 stainless steel structure with front-accessible technical components.
