Description

Designed to have no limits, the EL991E is the warewasher with a useful height of 850 mm and two wash pumps , perfect for effectively washing trays, pots, utensils and bulky loads, removing even the most stubborn dirt thanks to its power. The Acquatech System technology maintains constant pressure, flow rate and temperature , ensuring reduced consumption and a sanitizing rinse at the end of each cycle. The UNIKO touch display allows intuitive management with a wide variety of programs , monitoring of cycle progress and status control via the SMART START button. The counterbalanced door and the standard SOFT Door system facilitate opening and improve operational safety. The double walls offer excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. The rounded moulded tank with integral filters guarantees maximum hygiene and perfect drainage. The electronic board manages all the parameters with precision and activates the Thermostop function, which starts the washing and rinsing phases only when the ideal temperatures are reached. The self-diagnosis system reports any anomalies in real time, while the self-cleaning cycle thoroughly cleans the tank and protects the boiler from limescale. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel , with all technical components accessible from the front.
