Description

The CH110-S is the ideal hood-type dishwasher for handling large loads in environments where water hardness could compromise washing effectiveness. The integrated automatic water softener automatically regulates regeneration cycles and activates during operation, without interrupting productivity. With a maximum productivity of 60 baskets/hour (1080 dishes/hour), it can wash plates, glasses, utensils, bread baskets and GN 1/1 trays quickly and effectively. The removable basket support and the moulded tank with rounded bottom and integral filters facilitate cleaning and improve draining. The PUSH TO START system prevents accidental starts and reduces consumption, while ensuring greater operator safety. The ADVANCE control panel offers 4 washing cycles and an automatic drain cycle (with drain pump), with a display for temperature control, self-diagnosis messages, maintenance warnings and status visualization via the SMART START button, which changes colour according to the operating phase. The electronic board allows for time and temperature management with Thermostop for consistently effective rinsing. The integrated dual detergent and rinse aid dispenser ensures optimal hygiene. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel , the CH110-S offers robustness, reliability, and ease of use.
