Description

The EL60E-A hood-type dishwasher precisely handles plates, glasses, utensils, and GN 1/1 trays thanks to a useful height of up to 440 mm and a width of just 620 mm. The Acquatech System technology with break tank, atmospheric boiler, and rinse pump maintains constant pressure, flow rate, and temperature , always ensuring a sanitizing rinse and impeccable hygiene . The UNIKO touch display allows intuitive cycle management, monitoring progress and machine status via the SMART START button. The PUSH TO START system prevents accidental starts, heat loss, and reduces energy waste. The electronic board allows complete parameter adjustment and activates the Thermostop function, ensuring that the washing and rinsing phases only begin when the minimum set temperatures are reached, for always perfect results. The self-diagnosis system promptly alerts the user to anomalies and interventions to be performed, reducing machine downtime. The self-cleaning cycle thoroughly cleans the tank and protects the boiler from limescale. The optimized impellers ensure effective pressure and lower water consumption. AISI 304 stainless steel structure, with front access to the technical components.
