Characteristics
Perfect for grilling and reheating bread, pieces of meat, sausages, vegetables, etc. Enamelled cast iron grills are easy to clean and maintain. The stainless steel housing ensures durability. High-power heating elements heat the grills quickly. The temperature can be continuously adjusted using the thermostat up to 300°C. Ventilation openings protect the grill from overheating. The lower grill features rear and side edges and a removable drip tray for easy cleaning. The upper grill can be raised with a heat-resistant handle and locked in any position thanks to the spring-loaded system. Rubber feet reduce accidental movement during use. A grill cleaning brush is included. Plenty of space for grilling authentic Italian panini and giving them their characteristic brown stripes. Both the upper and lower grills are ridged.
