Characteristics
For cooking pasta, gnocchi, and even vegetables. Upper part of the housing is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Other parts of the housing (excluding the worktop) are made of AISI 430 stainless steel. AISI 316 stainless steel container with a 10-liter capacity. The heating element is located at the bottom of the chamber, with a lid. Direct water connection. Fresh water valve on the front control panel. Temperature regulation with a knob in the range: from 30°C to 120°C. Light indicator indicates when the set temperature is reached. Removable spout for used water. Support for baskets for draining the contents. Mechanical lock to prevent accidental opening of the drain tap. Overheating protection with reset on the front control panel. Non-slip feet. Supplied with: 2 baskets 100x292x(H)158 mm and a lid. The appliance is supplied without a plug.
