Description
Professional glasswasher equipped with Break Tank and Acquatech System , ideal for washing cups, glasses and plates with a useful passage of up to 310 mm . The system combines an atmospheric boiler, break tank and rinse pump to guarantee constant water pressure and temperature throughout the cycle, ensuring perfect results and maximum hygiene even in irregular water supply conditions . The ADVANCE control panel offers 4 wash cycles and an automatic drain cycle (with drain pump installed), while the display allows you to check tank and boiler temperatures, self-diagnosis messages, maintenance alerts and machine status via the SMART START button. The electronic board allows you to adjust times and temperatures with activation of the Thermostops for always excellent results, while the double detergent and rinse aid dispenser (as standard) optimizes consumption. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with front-accessible components for simplified maintenance.
