Description
The EL42E is the undercounter glasswasher from the ELITECH line designed to guarantee impeccable performance and maximum hygiene in any professional environment. The Acquatech System technology maintains constant water pressure and temperature, ensuring a sanitizing rinse at the end of each cycle. The UNIKO touch display allows for intuitive interaction: from selecting a wide variety of cycles to monitoring cycle progress and machine status via the SMART START button. With a useful passage of 310 mm , the EL42E is ideal for washing cups, glasses, saucers and plates . It is designed for use with reverse osmosis systems . The electronic board allows for the adjustment of washing parameters and activates the Thermostop function, which starts washing and rinsing only once the desired temperature has been reached. The double peristaltic dispenser ensures precise dosages of detergent and rinse aid, optimizing consumption and performance. The self-cleaning cycle prevents the formation of limescale in the boiler and tank. AISI 304 stainless steel structure with easily accessible front components.
