Description
CH100-BT is the hood-type dishwasher designed to offer great performance and perfect hygiene thanks to the Acquatech system technology with Break Tank , which maintains constant temperature, pressure and water flow during the cycle. Rinsing always takes place in ideal conditions, reducing consumption and ensuring high-temperature sanitization . With a width of just 620 mm, it can wash glasses, plates, utensils and GN 1/1 trays , with a maximum productivity of 60 baskets/hour (1080 dishes/hour). The ADVANCE control panel offers 4 washing cycles and an automatic drain cycle (with installed drain pump), while the display allows you to check tank and boiler temperature, self-diagnosis messages, maintenance warnings and machine status via the SMART START button. The electronic board allows you to adjust times and temperatures with activation of the Thermostops to guarantee impeccable rinsing. The PUSH TO START system prevents accidental starts and waste. Rounded pressed tank and integral filters simplify cleaning and improve hygiene. The dual rinse aid and detergent dispensers ensure efficiency and savings. AISI 304 stainless steel construction with front access to technical components.
