Description
CH100 is the hood-type dishwasher designed for those who need to manage mixed loads in small spaces: it washes plates, glasses, medium-sized utensils and GN 1/1 trays with a productivity of up to 60 baskets/hour (1080 dishes/hour) in just 620 mm of width. The ADVANCE control panel offers 4 wash cycles and an automatic drain cycle (with installed pump), with complete control via the display: temperatures, self-diagnosis messages, maintenance warnings and SMART START with color-coded cycle status indicator. The electronic board allows the adjustment of times and temperatures with activation of the Thermostops to ensure a safe and always effective rinse. The PUSH TO START system reduces waste by preventing the accidental start of wash cycles with no dishes. Rounded pressed tank and integral filters facilitate draining and maintain hygiene. The double detergent and rinse aid dispenser ensures perfect cleaning and savings. AISI 304 stainless steel structure, with front-accessible components for quick maintenance.
