Greater width, greater versatility: the EL70E is the hood-type dishwasher from the ELITECH line designed to wash bulky loads quickly and efficiently. With its 720 mm width and a useful height of 440 mm , it washes plates, glasses, utensils and GN 1/1 trays with a productivity of up to 60 baskets/hour . The Acquatech System technology with break tank, atmospheric boiler and rinse pump maintains constant pressure, flow and temperature , ensuring a sanitizing rinse at the end of each cycle. The UNIKO touch display allows you to choose from a wide range of programs, view cycle progress and operating status via the SMART START button, which changes color based on the phase in progress. The PUSH TO START system prevents the involuntary start of cycles, avoiding waste and heat loss. The electronic board allows you to adjust the parameters and activate the Thermostop function, which starts washing and rinsing only when the ideal temperatures are reached. Self-diagnosis helps reduce machine downtime. The end-of-day self-cleaning cycle thoroughly cleans the tank and protects the boiler from limescale.
