Washing continuously even in the presence of hard water is no longer a problem with the S1100E , the hood-type dishwasher from the SOFT line equipped with an integrated automatic water softener . The system automatically adjusts the regeneration cycles based on the water hardness, without interrupting the wash, while the salt refill is notified directly on the display. The UNIKO touch panel in tempered glass allows for intuitive interaction: from selecting from a wide variety of cycles to monitoring cycle progress , up to checking the machine status via the SMART START button. The electronic board allows for precise customization of the parameters and activates the Thermostop function, which ensures the washing and rinsing phases start only when the set temperature is reached. With a productivity of up to 60 baskets/hour (1080 dishes/hour), the S1100E washes glasses, plates, medium-sized utensils and GN 1/1 trays in just 620 mm of width. The PUSH TO START system reduces consumption by preventing involuntary starts. Continuous self-diagnosis promptly alerts you to any anomalies, while the self-cleaning cycle keeps the boiler and tank free of limescale. The double peristaltic dispenser ensures precise dosing and savings on every cycle. The optimized impellers offer constant pressure and wear resistance.
