The models in this line are equipped with a double filtration system that retains all residues, while the vertical wash pumps and stainless steel wash arms guarantee high performance. EVOLUTION also features double-walled counterbalanced doors with a fall arrest system and molded, rounded tanks.

The EVO531 rack-type dishwasher is ideal for those who want to wash with maximum efficiency and speed, minimizing operating costs and the amount of water per rack, with lower electricity and detergent consumption. The EVO531 is a fully-featured model with heat recovery and a drying tunnel , offering the operator the option of using different specific wash cycles via the practical digital panel , which displays and records self-diagnosis messages. The double-flow wash pump ensures high pressure even against the most stubborn dirt, while the pre-wash takes care of larger residues, collecting them in an easily emptied drawer filter. The drying area is optimized for both plates and concave objects and glasses thanks to the air jet that manages to cover the entire available space from bottom to top. The 450 mm useful opening allows for the introduction of a wide range of plates, crates, trays, pots and pans, and various utensils.
