Description
The C640 is the multifunction dishwasher designed for those who, even in small spaces, need to wash plates, trays, GN 1/1 trays and 600x400 pastry boxes without sacrificing the convenience of the undercounter format. The dedicated basket and large capacity (up to 22 plates per cycle ) make it extremely versatile. The impellers and powerful wash pump ensure the removal of the most stubborn dirt. The integrated SOFT Door and SOFT Start systems (as standard) ensure maximum protection of the dishes during the cycle. The ADVANCE control panel offers 4 wash cycles and an automatic drain cycle (with pump installed), with a display for temperature control, self-diagnosis messages, maintenance alerts and machine status viewing via the SMART START button. The electronic board allows you to adjust times and temperatures with activation of the Thermostops for ideal rinsing. The double electric detergent and rinse aid dispenser ensures hygiene and savings with every cycle. Compact structure in AISI 304 stainless steel with technical components accessible from the front.
