Designed for those who demand maximum cleanliness, the EL50E uses Acquatech System technology to maintain constant pressure, flow rate, and temperature throughout the cycle, optimizing consumption and ensuring a sanitizing rinse compliant with DIN10534 . The UNIKO touch display offers intuitive management, with the selection of numerous programs , monitoring of cycle progress , and machine status at all times thanks to the SMART START button. With a useful height of 385 mm and a capacity of 18 plates per cycle , it is also ideal for large glasses. The machine is designed for use with reverse osmosis systems for impeccable results and perfectly dry glasses. The electronic board allows for the customization of each parameter, while the Thermostop function ensures that the washing and rinsing phases start only when the minimum set temperatures are reached, for impeccable hygiene. The double peristaltic dispenser ensures precision and savings. The self-cleaning cycle protects the boiler and tank from limescale. The optimized impellers guarantee effective washing pressure with less water waste. Structure in AISI 304 stainless steel .
