The UNIKO tempered glass touch display allows you to select from numerous programs, monitor cycle progress, and check the status via the SMART START button, which changes color based on the operating phase. With a useful height of 405 mm and a capacity of up to 22 plates per cycle , the EL55E perfectly washes GN 1/1 pans, crates, and 600x400 trays. The electronic board allows for complete parameter adjustment and activates the Thermostop function, which starts washing and rinsing only when the desired temperatures are reached.
