Description

The ELS51E is the three-phase undercounter dishwasher from the ELITECH line that combines high performance and intuitive control. The Acquatech System technology ensures constant pressure, flow rate and temperature, optimizing consumption and guaranteeing a sanitizing rinse . The integrated automatic water softener protects the machine from limescale by automatically regenerating the resins during cycles. The UNIKO touch display allows you to choose from a wide variety of programs , monitor cycle progress and view the machine status via the SMART START button. With a useful height of 385 mm , it is suitable for washing plates and glasses of various sizes. The electronic board manages all the parameters and activates the Thermostop function, which starts washing and rinsing only when the desired temperatures are reached, for impeccable hygiene. The self-diagnosis system reports any anomalies in real time, helping to reduce machine downtime. The standard double peristaltic dispenser optimizes detergent and rinse aid consumption.
