Resin regeneration occurs during operation, without interrupting cycles. The UNIKO touch panel in tempered glass allows for intuitive management: from selecting from a wide variety of programs to monitoring cycle progress , up to checking the status via the SMART START button. The electronic board regulates all operating parameters, with activation of the Thermostop that starts washing and rinsing only once the desired temperature is reached. With a capacity of up to 18 Ø395 mm plates per cycle and a productivity of 40 baskets/hour , the S560E is ideal for high-turnover professional environments. The double detergent and rinse aid dispenser guarantees precision, hygiene, and savings. Active self-diagnosis simplifies maintenance, reducing machine downtime, while the automatic self-cleaning cycle at the end of the day protects the tank and boiler from limescale and improves hygiene. The molded impellers ensure effective water distribution even against the most stubborn dirt.
