Reliable, solid, efficient. Kemplex dough sheeters are designed and engineered to ensure extremely easy and functional use, in full compliance with international safety standards. The EASY 600 TC is the most complete professional dough sheeter . It features removable trays and can accommodate a croissant cutting unit and other shapes upon request. It is particularly suitable for pastry shops and bakeries.

Cast aluminum shoulders to ensure maximum vibration absorption and therefore reduce noise
Rolling cylinder length 600mm
Motorized shelves that can be removed and lifted to reduce space when not in use
Available with 1200, 1400, 1500mm tops
Reversal of the rolling direction via joystick and external pedal as standard
